Refund policy
1. Exchange & Replacement Eligibility

We will only bear exchange or replacement costs if the mistake is from our end and is supported by valid proof from the customer.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after purchase.
2. General Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your purchased item is defective.

In case of damaged goods, the amount will be refunded or exchanged (if in stock), only if:

A full unboxing video is provided starting from the sealed package until the end.

The video must show the name, address label, and bill of the order.

No cuts, no filters, no edits in the video.

📌 Without proof, we cannot process a refund or replacement.
3. Replacement Conditions

Proof must be sent to us via email within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Videos must be clear, unfiltered, unedited, and continuous from start to finish.

If proof is submitted after 24 hours, no replacement or exchange will be processed.
4. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Damaged product exchanges depend on availability. If unavailable, customers can:

Wait for restock, or

Receive store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. No Refund / Cancellation Will Be Initiated If:

The order is still in transit.

Delivery is delayed (courier delays are beyond our control).

The order is processed as usual without any defects.

ORDER CANCELLATION (PREPAID ORDERS)
Once a prepaid order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. By completing a prepaid purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the order will be processed and shipped as placed, and no refunds, credits, or modifications will be issued for cancellation requests related to prepaid orders.This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, except where cancellation is required by applicable law.
6. Exceptions

Discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be replaced or exchanged unless defective.

Sale items are non-refundable.

No exchange/replacement for used products.

LunoCrest is not responsible for lost/misplaced packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a prepaid order is rejected by the customer upon delivery, no refund will be provided.
7. Important Notes

If a package is returned due to customer fault (e.g., wrong/incomplete address, incorrect contact details, not answering calls, or rejecting the parcel):

Reshipping charges of ₹100 must be paid for re-delivery.

If the customer fails to report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order, no replacement or exchange will be processed.

If any parcel is returned for any reason, reshipping requires ₹100 payment.

8. Quality Check & Jewelry Lock Policy
All orders are dispatched only after a complete quality and lock inspection.
In rare cases, jewelry locks may get slightly dislocated during transit. This may happen because the locking pins used in certain designs are thin and delicate.
This condition does not qualify as a manufacturing defect and can be easily fixed at home using only your hands, without the need for any tools.
