Shipping policy

We deliver to all and any postal address across India. So, we request you to provide a full street address with a pin code/zip code.

To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.

Also, be aware that all shipments to any Colleges/Schools/Hostels/Offices are placed at the customer’s risk. If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, LunoCrest will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

When will you ship my order?

We process and dispatch orders within 24-72 Business Hours from the order placed. You will get regular updates on your order.

When will I receive my order?

• Domestic Orders (India): Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, our standard delivery time is 6-10 Business Days. Please note that orders to J&K, military addresses, and rural domestic addresses may require two or more additional days for delivery. We work with all leading logistics partners in India to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your order. You can track your order at any time with the provided tracking details in your email.

NOTE: Delivery time may vary depending on the pincode of the area and weather conditions. Some pincodes may take longer than usual.
